Model Making
Making a model out of card and foam boards, made me visualize the desired space better. I was able to see how much space there actually was in the different zones of the hideout. One thing I did not include in the model was the terrace, as I did not feel as this was as important to visualize as the interiors.
Although the model is useful to understand the hideout, I have not included it on my final panel as I don't feel that it fits in with the visual aspect of the rest of my panel.

Interior Visuals
This is an interior visual of the first floor, created using Photoshop.
Axonometric Drawing scale 1:50
I have done an exploded axonometric drawing of my hideout, in order to show the exterior and interior materiality of the space. On the outside I have chosen to use charred timber, while on the inside the main elements (such as the floor and the kitchen countertop) are oak wood.
Sketchup Model
I tried using Sketchup for the first time to try and make the outlines for a digital model of my hideout. I traced over this sketchup model, and played around with it to create different outcomes. In the first attempt I used textures on photoshop, to create a visual. However, I didn't quite like this result as I thought it looked very computerized, and the details in my initial tracing were gone. I then, tried creating a monochrome version of the sketch, using noise on Photoshop, and I liked the result of this a lot better.
